Key Responsibilities:- Maintenance of Golf Course Grounds: Perform precise mowing of greens, tees, collars, fairways, and rough, as well as execute detailed maintenance tasks for various areas of the golf course landscape.
- Equipment Operation: Operate a variety of equipment, power tools, and hand tools to maintain the golf course grounds.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with our team to achieve common goals and maintain a high level of quality in our work.
- Project Assistance: Assist with various projects aimed at improving golf course conditions, including maintaining sand bunkers, performing push mowing, and string trimming.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds and work in diverse weather conditions.
- Teamwork and Communication: Proficiency in collaborating effectively with a team and possessing reliable transportation.
- Attendance and Punctuality: Strict adherence to daily attendance and promptness in starting work at 6:00 AM.
- Golf Knowledge: Familiarity with the game of golf is desirable, although not mandatory.
