Job Details
  • Shift: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
  • Setting: Clinic
  • Types of Cases: The provider will see patients, conduct new consults and follow-ups, and perform minor procedures in the clinic.
  • Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days
  • Certifications: The provider must be Board Certified or truly Board Eligible
  • Licensure: Must have active Oregon and Washington licenses
