Residential Cleaner

Job Description:
The Residential Cleaner role at Platinum Property Management LLC involves providing top-notch cleaning services for our residential properties. This full-time position requires regular travel to properties, where you will deliver exceptional customer service while consistently meeting cleaning standards.

About the Job:
This role demands strong attention to detail, effective time management, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You will be responsible for maintaining a positive work climate by demonstrating a pleasant attitude and contributing to teamwork efforts. Additionally, you will assist in keeping supplies stocked and maintaining equipment, ensuring seamless operation of our facilities.

Main Responsibilities:
* Clean and maintain apartments, common areas, and commercial properties to meet high standards of quality and customer satisfaction
* Effectively use and carry provided equipment and supplies to complete tasks efficiently
* Perform regular inspections to ensure properties meet set standards

Requirements and Qualifications:
* Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to commute between job sites
* Strong communication and customer service skills, with ability to read and follow instructions and differentiate between cleaning products and uses
* Ability to lift and carry a minimum of 25 lbs of equipment and stand on your feet for 4-8 hours daily

Pay and Benefits:
This position offers a competitive salary of $20-$26 per hour based on experience, plus benefits such as paid holidays, health, vision, and dental plans, PTO, and retention bonuses.
