Job Summary:

Rafferty's, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Server to join our team at Double Dogs Chowhouse. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a positive dining experience, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Service: Maintain a guest-focused approach, ensuring a positive attitude and a willingness to assist guests, management, and fellow associates as instructed.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Operate within the Double Dogs' Teamwork Service System at all times, communicating effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Product Knowledge: Be prepared to exhibit and communicate complete knowledge regarding all products and services, including menu items, promotions, and company policies.
  • Inventory Management: Stock and maintain sufficient levels of products and supplies to assure efficient service, handling, storing, labeling, dating, and rotating all products properly and consistently.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation, including dining room and guest areas, adhering to all company guidelines regarding Food Safety and Personal Safety.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: Assist in maintenance, cleanliness, and other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing situations.
  • Financial Management: Handle money responsibly, accurately, and efficiently, meeting local minimum age requirements for alcohol service and obtaining local permits/licenses required for serving/serving alcohol.

Requirements:

  • Professionalism and Work Ethic: Demonstrate a professional and hard-working approach to your job, with a reliable transportation to work.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Be able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently stand for long periods, meeting local minimum age requirements for alcohol service and obtaining local permits/licenses required for serving/serving alcohol.
