4th Day Trucking is seeking a reliable and experienced truck driver to join our team as a Local Daily Truck Driver. As a Local Daily Truck Driver, you will be responsible for delivering dry and refrigerated freight to Meijer locations in OH, KY, and IN.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver dry and refrigerated freight to Meijer locations in OH, KY, and IN
  • Operate a slip-seat truck in a newer model day cab
  • Use personal vehicle for daily commute
  • Participate in 1-day ride-along training at $100/day

Benefits:

  • Weekly pay: average $1,360; potential to earn more
  • Home time: daily, with 2 days off per week
  • Paid vacation: starts after 1 year (1 week); after 3 years, 2 weeks
  • Sign-on bonus: $500 after the first load; $500 at 30 days

Requirements:

  • 3 months of experience required
  • Night shifts only; weekends required
  • Personal transportation to/from DC daily

Compensation:

  • Base pay: $0.57 to $0.65 per mile based on experience
  • Backhaul pay: $51.50
  • Stop pay: $20 per stop after the first; $45 minimum pay on shorter routes
  • Holiday pay: $75 if working on a holiday
