Sodexo is seeking a highly skilled Dietitian Nutritionist I to join our team at the Naples Community Health Care System in Florida. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing medical nutrition therapy to admitted patients and working closely with our clinical team to ensure optimal food and nutritional services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess nutritional needs and develop personalized care plans for patients
  • Participate in patients/staff education and performance improvement activities
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to provide high-quality food and nutritional services
  • Work every fourth weekend providing hospital-wide coverage
  • Perform quality improvement initiatives such as patient satisfaction rounds and monthly test trays
  • Precept dietetic interns and educate healthcare team members
Requirements
  • Registered Dietitian credentials and licensure in Louisiana
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Good time management skills and ability to work well under pressure
  • Self-starter with a team-oriented approach
  • Ability to work well with physicians, nursing, and ancillary staff
