Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble Wooden or Metal Trusses: Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and diagrams to assemble trusses accurately, utilizing precision and quality as top priorities.
  • Operate Power Tools and Hand Tools: Safely operate power tools and hand tools to cut, shape, and join wood or metal materials, adhering to safety standards and guidelines.
  • Maintain Quality and Safety Standards: Measure, cut, and assemble components to ensure they meet specified dimensions and quality standards, while collaborating with team members to ensure efficient production flow and meet deadlines.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to Work in Various Environmental Conditions: Comfortable working in outdoor settings and temperature fluctuations, with the ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Prior experience in truss assembly, carpentry, or related field preferred but not required. Willingness to train motivated candidates.
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

Skills:
