Key Responsibilities- Grounds and Landscape Maintenance: Perform grounds and landscape maintenance services in a professional manner, providing a neat and attractive appearance. Duties include lawn care, planting, weeding, trimming, and irrigation repairs.
- Maintenance of Landscape Equipment: Maintain all landscape equipment operational by following manufacturer's instructions and established operating procedures.
- Inventory Management: Maintain landscape supply inventory, anticipating needed supplies and notify supervisor when supply order is needed, to avoid delays in performing service.
- Customer Interaction: Interact cooperatively with customers.
