Key Responsibilities
- Conserving and maintaining customer facilities and buildings in exceptional condition, as well as all equipment and systems, to achieve outstanding operations and safety performance.
- Performing light maintenance duties, such as inspecting drivers, motors, belts, checking fluid levels, replacing filters, and following inspection lists.
- Using tools ranging from common hand and power tools to precision measuring instruments, electrical, and electronic testing devices.
- Diagnosing mechanical problems and determining corrective actions by reading blueprints, repair manuals, and parts catalogs as necessary.
- Inspecting, operating, and testing machinery and equipment to diagnose machine malfunctions.
- Cleaning and lubricating shafts, bearings, gears, and other machinery parts.
- Fulfilling work order requests and determining when subcontractors need to be called for major maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Associate's Degree Preferred
