About the Role

As our Master Guitar Technician, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive top-notch service and support. Your responsibilities will include:

• Interacting with customers to provide a positive and personalized experience

• Servicing customer-owned instruments with precision and care

• Maintaining store-owned gear to ensure it's always in top condition

• Completing warranty repair work efficiently and effectively
