We are seeking a skilled Pediatrician to join our growing practice in Ada, OK. As a Pediatrician with our team, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality care to our patients and be part of a dynamic and supportive work environment.
Position Requirements:- Board Certification/Eligibility in Pediatrics
- Medical Degree (MD/DO)
- Outpatient care with inpatient coverage of newborns
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system: RPMS (soon to be EPIC in 2025)
- Call schedule: 1:5 (will be 1:7 when fully staffed)
- Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm schedule
- Patient volume: 16-20 patients per day
- Teaching, research, and committee opportunities available
- Must live within 20 minutes of the facility
- Guaranteed loan repayment
- Personal insurance (free to employees, $100/month for family)
- 401k program with 5% matching
- Bonus program (10% pretax salary bonus annually)
- Reimbursement for Oklahoma license
- CME allowance ($3,500 annually, 8 paid work days)
