Compensation and Benefits for Senior Care Transportation Specialist:
- Competitive Salary Based on Experience

Key Responsibilities of Senior Care Transportation Specialist:
- Safely transports residents, staff, volunteers, and others to scheduled activities.
- Coordinates transportation logistics with relevant team members.
- Assists residents in entering and exiting the vehicle, adhering to safety protocols.
- Operates mechanical lifts as necessary for residents requiring wheelchair assistance.
- Follows all written and verbal instructions prior to departing with residents.
- Ensures all necessary documentation is obtained before transporting residents.
- Evaluates and corrects any issues regarding resident appearance before departure.
- Upholds Residents' Rights at all times.
- Adheres to center safety protocols.
- Maintains a professional appearance and represents the organization positively.
- Monitors and reports any mechanical maintenance required for safe vehicle operation, including any mechanical issues encountered.
- Inspects and maintains vehicle supplies and equipment, ensuring vehicles are in optimal working condition.
- Keeps accurate records such as vehicle logs and destinations as required.
- Reports any issues or concerns to the Transportation Coordinator and Administrator.
- Complies with all state, federal, and applicable healthcare and safety regulations.
- Performs additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications for Senior Care Transportation Specialist:
- Minimum of 1 year of commercial driving experience preferred.
- Valid certification as a CNA in the state of Oklahoma is required.
- CPR certification is mandatory.
- Must possess the ability to operate a vehicle safely.
- Valid State Insurance and License with a clean driving record.
- Candidates must maintain a working email address and phone number for employer communication.
