Key Responsibilities
  • Member Engagement: Build relationships with current and prospective members through a consultative approach, recommending the right financial products and services to meet their financial goals.
  • Transaction Processing: Process financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, and cashiers checks, while maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Product Sales: Sell and promote our financial products and services, including deposit and loan products, to meet members' financial needs.
  • Referrals and Partnerships: Provide information and referrals to members seeking other services, such as wealth management, mortgage, insurance, and other departments.
  • Technology Support: Assist members in using and adopting technology, including online and mobile banking platforms.
  • Problem-Solving: Listen to members' needs, consult with them to understand their financial goals, and provide solutions to complex issues.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Identify potential member fraud situations and follow reporting processes as needed, while ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, policies, and regulations.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and production goals, while promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, with a minimum of two years of experience in a financial institution or retail sales position.
  • Skills and Abilities: Strong sales and consulting skills, ability to build relationships, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in math and financial products.
