- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and production goals, while promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, with a minimum of two years of experience in a financial institution or retail sales position.
- Skills and Abilities: Strong sales and consulting skills, ability to build relationships, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in math and financial products.
