About the Role
This part-time position involves selling donated goods in our retail stores. You will examine and grade goods to ensure they meet quality standards, then process them for sale. You will work in a fast-paced environment to meet production goals while maintaining a high level of customer service.

Salary Information
The estimated salary for this role is $12-$15 per hour, depending on experience and location. This is a competitive hourly rate that reflects the skills and qualifications required for the position.

Key Responsibilities
• Process goods efficiently to meet production goals while maintaining quality standards
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting every guest with a smile and suggesting additional treasures
• Effectively recommend upsell merchandise and round up during transactions
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and retail salesfloor at all times

Requirements and Qualifications
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be 18 years or older to become certified and licensed to operate a forklift
• Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift up to 30lbs, and perform other duties as assigned by management.
