Position Overview

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) plays a crucial role in supporting the Charge Nurse by delivering nursing care to residents as designated and under the supervision of the Director of Nursing. All care provided must align with the established nursing standards, policies, procedures, and practices of our facility, as well as the regulations of the state.

Job Type:

Full-time and Part-time opportunities available.

Key Responsibilities of the CNA

  • Assist residents with their daily living activities (ADL) as required, including but not limited to grooming tasks such as hair care, shaving, nail care, dressing, and undressing.
  • Support residents during bathing and showering as assigned.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all resident care in accordance with facility policies and procedures.
  • Assist residents during meal times to ensure they receive their meal trays, adhere to proper diets, and obtain any necessary assistance promptly.
  • Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to the facility's safety protocols at all times.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

· Valid CNA Certification is required.

Work Schedule:

· Availability for Day, Evening, and Night Shifts.

· Must be available for holidays and weekends.

Additional Compensation:

· Differential Pay
