Host Healthcare is seeking a skilled CT Technologist to join our team for a travel assignment in St. Louis, Missouri.
Job Summary:We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced CT Technologist to work in a dynamic healthcare environment. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for operating CT scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
Responsibilities:- Operate CT scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes
- Prepare patients for CT scans, including positioning and instructing them on how to hold their breath
- Monitor patients during CT scans to ensure their safety and comfort
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient information and scan results
- Current certification as a CT Technologist
- Experience working in a healthcare environment, preferably in a radiology department
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
