RN Supervisor

At Sanzie Healthcare Services Inc, we are seeking a skilled and compassionate RN Supervisor to join our team. As a RN Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care and supervision to our clients in their homes.

• Establish and implement client service plans in coordination with our staff.
• Provide skilled nursing care and supervision to clients according to their individual needs.
• Conduct initial face-to-face assessments of clients at their homes.
• Develop and implement plans of care in collaboration with our interdisciplinary team.
• Supervise and mentor our home health aides and CNAs to ensure high-quality care.
• Report client progress and concerns to our supervisors and physicians.
• Ensure compliance with our policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

• Current RN licensure in the state of Georgia.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in home health care or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
