Pawn Broker/ Salesperson

Job Description

Heritage Loan Co. is seeking a skilled Pawn Broker to join our team. As a Pawn Broker, you will be responsible for evaluating the value of items presented as collateral, meeting financial targets, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate the value of items presented as collateral
• Meet or exceed financial targets set for the sales floor
• Establish meaningful relationships with customers
• Process sales, loans, and extensions
• Perform opening and closing store procedures

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of customer service experience, cashier, or retail experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work well independently and as a team member
• Knowledge of commonly pawned items, such as tools, jewelry, or electronics
