Fournir des analyses et des plans d'action pour réduire les pertes de stocks.

Se conformer à toutes les exigences de vérification ainsi qu'à tous les programmes et normes du centre de traitement des commandes clients.

Assurer la liaison avec le service d'approvisionnement.

Enquêter sur les problèmes liés aux produits et les résoudre.

Veiller à ce que les rapports financiers de l'entreprise relatifs aux pertes de stocks soient tenus jour avec exactitude en collaboration avec le service de finances régional.

Agir comme supérieur hiérarchique des équipes de stocks et superviser leurs processus opérationnels.

Créer et tenir jour les rapports sur les indicateurs clés de performance du site.

Coordonner les activités quotidiennes des personnes chargées du contrôle des stocks.

Encadrer et conseiller les membres de l'équipe ; prendre des mesures disciplinaires, au besoin.

Se conformer au processus de vérification aléatoire standard, le gérer et l'exécuter.

Maintenir un environnement de travail propre et sûr conformément aux exigences de l'entreprise.

Effectuer des analyses statistiques ponctuelles et participer à l'interprétation des données.

Comprendre et respecter les politiques de salubrité alimentaire ou les procédures opérationnelles normalisées pertinentes, notamment la politique de santé générale et d'hygiène, la politique sur les allergènes et la procédure de vérification de la température.

**Exigences du poste**

Baccalauréat en gestion de la chaîne d'approvisionnement, en logistique ou en administration des affaires, ou combinaison de formation et d'expérience pertinente.

Au moins sept ans d'expérience dans un poste principal de gestion de l'entreposage, du transport ou de la logistique des stocks.

Expérience de travail dans un environnement de logistique de tierce partie (fournisseurs de services logistiques) ou de détail.

Expérience prouvée de la gestion de grandes équipes dans un environnement d'exploitation logistique complexe qui utilise les technologies de l'information.
