Job Description
Under general supervision, the Production Worker performs production work in a warehouse environment. Employees in this job class assemble, kit, and co-pack products in a timely manner while adhering to the highest standards of safety and quality.

Typical Duties
* Work on the production line with consistent speed and accuracy.
* Ensure that production requirements and standards are met consistently.
* Make every effort to increase productivity and efficiency without compromising quality.
* Complete packaging tasks such as product, box assembly, packing, and taping.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Prior production/packing related work experience is preferred.
Basic mathematical ability
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
Human relations skills to build effective working relationships;
Demonstrated customer service, problem-solving, and common-sense skill.

Physical Requirements
Employees must have the ability to perform the following physical demands for an extended period with or without assistance.
Maneuvering in and around equipment
Bending and stooping
Pushing carts up to 50 pounds with or without assistance
Using a pallet jack
Lifting boxes or equipment up to 40 pounds.

Work Environment
Work is performed in a manufacturing environment with forklifts and production equipment. Employees may be exposed to noise from equipment in a manufacturing environment and may be exposed to elevated temperatures, high heat, occasional fumes, toxic chemicals, and airborne particles.
