Compensation:
  • $50,000 - $100,000.01/year
Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute the installation of heating and cooling systems in newly constructed properties.
  • Upgrade heating and cooling systems in existing structures.
  • Ensure systems operate at optimal energy efficiencies.
  • Maintain accurate work logs: job sites, time, equipment, materials, and follow-up recommendations.
  • Work independently, applying your skills and decision-making abilities to deliver superior quality work for our clients.
  • Utilize equipment, materials, tools, and your time responsibly and with care.
  • Be aware of safety issues, knowledgeable of safety practices, and adhere to safety protocols.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience as a Technician preferred.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record.
  • Physically capable of lifting a minimum of 50 lbs., climbing ladders, and fitting into tight spaces.
  • Proficient in using power and hand tools.
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical functions necessary for the construction trades.
  • General construction knowledge, including building codes and blueprint reading.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US.
