Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team in the Food and Beverage department, specifically at our charming ice cream parlor inspired by the 1950s. The Cashier will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our guests while ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the ice cream shop.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver prompt and friendly service to guests in a professional manner.
  2. Maintain a tidy work environment, including regular cleaning and upkeep of the ice cream parlor and dining area.
  3. Utilize the cash register effectively and manage cash transactions responsibly.
  4. Adhere to the established service and grooming standards.
  5. Possess knowledge of the menu items, including various ice cream flavors, toppings, and candies.
  6. Complete daily tasks such as side work, stocking supplies, and cleaning duties.
  7. Assist with inventory management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekdays, weekends, and rotating shifts.
  • Capability to stand and walk for extended periods, manage multiple tasks efficiently, and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English is required.
