Join our team of beauty experts as a Licensed Beauty Advisor at Sephora. As a key member of our Beauty Studio team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating personalized beauty experiences for our clients.

• Customer Experience: Provide a welcoming and inclusive environment for our clients, listening to their unique needs and preferences.
• Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our iconic beauty brands and products, including makeup, skincare, and waxing.
• Sales and Service: Suggest and sell products and services to clients, introducing them to our loyalty programs and creating memorable experiences.
• Store Success: Contribute to store sales goals, maintain a clean and stocked store environment, and support special events and promotions.

• 1-3 years' experience in retail sales or services industries
• Licenses to perform paid services as required by the state
• Knowledge of beauty products and trends
• Passion for client service and selling
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Resilience and adaptability
• Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours
