About the Job

This LPN - Clinic I (Meds) role is a key position within our healthcare team at Kaiser Permanente in Honolulu, Hawaii. The ideal candidate will have 12 months of LPN experience and a strong foundation in nursing principles and practices.


Responsibilities and Expectations:
  1. Patient Care Coordination: Coordinate patient care activities, including reviewing and preparing medical records, initiating follow-up for medical record requests, and orienting new patients to our facility.
  2. Medication Administration: Administer medications as prescribed by practitioners, including oral medications, injections, and topical preparations.
  3. Clinical Procedures: Perform clinical procedures, such as point-of-care testing, ECGs, and spirometry, under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician.
