  • Wear appropriate protective gear as dictated by specific tasks.
  • Operate various mechanical lifts, including ladders and scissor lifts.
  • Employ a range of structural assembly hand tools and pneumatic tools.
  • Conduct quality inspections of your work and check for foreign object debris (FOD).
  • Engage in physical activities such as climbing, crawling, and balancing.
  • Work safely around energized sources and in environments with constant noise.
  • Read and interpret information from computer screens and printed documents.
  • Adhere to strict safety standards and compliance regulations.
  • Lift and carry items weighing between 10 to 35 pounds.
  • Perform various physical tasks including bending, reaching, and standing for extended periods.

Work Environment:

This position requires 100% onsite presence. Candidates must be prepared to work at designated locations.

Qualifications:

Basic Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical or mechanical field utilizing basic hand tools.
  • At least 6 years of experience in aircraft structural parts fabrication and assembly processes.
  • 3 years of experience in structural repair operations related to aircraft programs.
  • Willingness to work variable shifts.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in aircraft structural and mechanical tasks.
  • Enrollment in a manufacturing-related academic program affiliated with Boeing.

Education:

High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) is required.

Shift Details:

This position operates on the second shift.
