Key Responsibilities:
- Execute precise drilling and installation tasks in vital aircraft structural components.
- Utilize computer systems effectively within a manufacturing environment.

- Work with materials such as CFRP, aluminum, and titanium, performing drilling, sanding, and trimming operations.
- Interpret and comprehend technical work instructions, schematics, and specifications.
- Utilize software applications including Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Internet Explorer.
- Wear appropriate protective gear as dictated by specific tasks.
- Operate various mechanical lifts, including ladders and scissor lifts.
- Employ a range of structural assembly hand tools and pneumatic tools.
- Conduct quality inspections of your work and check for foreign object debris (FOD).
- Engage in physical activities such as climbing, crawling, and balancing.
- Work safely around energized sources and in environments with constant noise.
- Read and interpret information from computer screens and printed documents.
- Adhere to strict safety standards and compliance regulations.
- Lift and carry items weighing between 10 to 35 pounds.
- Perform various physical tasks including bending, reaching, and standing for extended periods.
Work Environment:
This position requires 100% onsite presence. Candidates must be prepared to work at designated locations.
Qualifications:
Basic Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical or mechanical field utilizing basic hand tools.
- At least 6 years of experience in aircraft structural parts fabrication and assembly processes.
- 3 years of experience in structural repair operations related to aircraft programs.
- Willingness to work variable shifts.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in aircraft structural and mechanical tasks.
- Enrollment in a manufacturing-related academic program affiliated with Boeing.
Education:
High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) is required.
Shift Details:
This position operates on the second shift.
