Job Summary:

The Certified Nursing Assistant provides high-quality nursing care to residents, ensuring their physical, mental, and psychosocial needs are met. This role requires strong communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide nursing care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as eating, toileting, and transferring
  • Monitor residents' health and report any changes or concerns to the Charge Nurse
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, including their living areas and common spaces
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members
Requirements:
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a nursing home or assisted living facility
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Working Conditions:

This role requires working in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions. The Certified Nursing Assistant may be exposed to physical and emotional stress, as well as potential exposure to chemicals and other hazardous materials.
