We are seeking a highly skilled Roofing Inspector to join our team at Duro-Last Roofing. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and workmanship in our roofing installations.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough inspections of roof installations to ensure compliance with Duro-Last specifications.
- Issue roof warranties and make repairs as needed.
- Provide on-site training and guidance to contractors on proper roof installation techniques.
- Support Duro-Last contractors and sales representatives in the field.
- Schedule inspections and repairs, and prepare reports for warranties.
- 2-4 years of experience in commercial low slope roofing or a related field.
- Strong motivation, organization, time management, documentation, and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Demonstrated strong work ethics, including punctuality, dependability, and trustworthiness.
- Ability to read and comprehend roofing specifications.
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Good driving record and willingness to travel regionally.
- Computer literacy and ability to pass a physical agility test.
