Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Labor and Delivery team at Medical City Las Colinas. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and support to our patients and families.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patient condition and develop individualized care plans to meet their unique needs.
  • Collaborate with medical providers and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Provide education and support to patients and families on various aspects of care, including pain management and post-delivery care.
  • Manage and coordinate care for patients with complex medical conditions, including those requiring high-level interventions.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Texas.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 90 days of hire.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire.
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification within 90 days of hire.
  • Certified Electronic Fetal Monitoring (CEFM) certification within 1 year of hire.
