Position Summary:
We are looking for Retail Sales Associates who are passionate about engaging with customers, showcasing products, and providing outstanding service in our retail locations. Work closely with store management to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers from various backgrounds to assess their needs.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of our product range and assist customers with their inquiries.
- Offer tailored recommendations, help with product selection, and locate items based on customer preferences.
- Ensure the store remains tidy during quieter periods.
- Stay informed about current promotions, payment procedures, and security protocols.
- Utilize active listening skills to respond to customer questions effectively.
- Minimum of 6 months experience in retail sales.
- Ability to sell a variety of product categories, including apparel and accessories.
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays is essential.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long durations.
- A genuine interest in fashion and current trends.
- High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
- Being bilingual in languages such as Mandarin, Japanese, or Spanish is a significant advantage.
- Full-time position with a commitment of 40 hours per week.
