Sharp HealthCare is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Mesa Vista Hospital in San Diego. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct and indirect nursing services to patients and families, ensuring high-quality care and exceptional patient outcomes.
Job Summary:This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires strong clinical skills, effective communication, and a commitment to patient-centered care. As a Registered Nurse at Sharp HealthCare, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and contribute to the development of evidence-based practice.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of evidence-based practice.
- Delegate and supervise nursing staff, ensuring efficient and effective care delivery.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current California Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Professional (AHA BLS Healthcare) certification.
- 1 year of clinical experience (new graduates will complete new grad requirements).
