Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at the Roseville Galleria location. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, demonstrating our products, and meeting sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize our proprietary selling process to identify customer needs and provide personalized solutions.
  • Demonstrate and sell our products, including Sactionals and Sacs, to customers.
  • Offer additional financing options and educate customers on current promotional offerings.
  • Maintain inventory integrity and accuracy, protecting company assets.
  • Partner with store management to ensure excellent customer service and resolve any issues.
  • Participate in maintaining store standards, including merchandising, marketing, and store cleanliness.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of related sales experience.
  • Results-driven and able to meet or exceed KPIs and goals.
  • Proven time management skills and ability to adapt to a changing business environment.
  • Superior communication skills, including verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrates strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Maintains the highest level of customer service, creating solutions and experiences that drive business results and engagement with the brand.
