About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team at Sweetgreen. As a Shift Leader, you will play a key role in driving our mission to build healthier communities by connecting people to real food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create a positive work environment that aligns with our mission, vision, and values.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences and ensure team and guest safety by following operational policies and procedures.
  • Assist with new team member training and provide feedback where needed.
  • Follow all food safety practices and restaurant cleanliness expectations in accordance with company guidelines.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in a Shift Leader/Supervisor role.
  • Experience in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality role (preferred).
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks while maintaining required standards of operation in daily restaurant activities.
  • Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.
