  • We are seeking a full-time, fellowship-trained inpatient Geriatric Psychiatrist to fill a vital role at Archway Physician Recruitment.
  • This academic faculty position is available at the Assistant or Associate Professor level within the College of Medicine's Department of Psychiatry.
  • The role encompasses direct inpatient care and the leadership of a diverse multi-disciplinary team, which includes psychiatry residents, internal medicine and family medicine residents, medical students, social workers, nurses, and recreation therapists.
  • Additionally, the position involves engagement in scholarly activities, faculty development, patient safety, and initiatives aimed at quality improvement.
  • We provide a nurturing environment that fosters professional growth and academic advancement, complemented by access to state-of-the-art facilities.

Qualifications:

  • MD or equivalent degree required.
  • Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of Michigan.
  • Board certified or board eligible in Geriatric Psychiatry through the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.
