We are in search of a highly qualified and seasoned Director of Recruiting. This role will spearhead our efforts in identifying experienced advisors and will be accountable for achieving outstanding recruitment outcomes. The ideal candidate will possess a demonstrated history of sourcing, engaging, and securing top-tier talent.

This position merges individual contributions with leadership responsibilities, ensuring a seamless candidate journey while exploring innovative strategies to attract exceptional talent.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, engage, and attract premier talent.
  • Proven experience collaborating with seasoned financial advisors, wealth managers, and insurance professionals.
  • Assess recruiting requirements and implement a strategic approach to fulfill those needs.
  • Utilize market insights to inform and enhance company-wide recruitment strategies that align with our dynamic business landscape.
  • Define, assess, and communicate key performance indicators that reflect the impact, productivity, and efficiency of the recruitment team.
  • Collaborate closely with executive leadership to grasp staffing requirements.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal teams and influential networks.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience working with seasoned financial advisors, wealth managers, and insurance professionals.
  • Over 7 years of recruitment experience focusing on corporate roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
  • Proven track record in managing a recruitment team within a growth-oriented environment.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the complete recruitment cycle.
  • Proficient in the use of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • A strong commitment to developing strategies for attracting diverse talent.
