We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at HealthONE Presbyterian/St. Luke's, where you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.

About the Role

This full-time position offers a challenging and rewarding experience, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional patient care. As an Orthopedic Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in line with our department's standards and the relevant state and specialty regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess patient condition during admission and each scheduled shift, identifying and reporting any changes in patient status.
  • Perform procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by medical providers, ensuring thorough and timely documentation of care administration in the patient's medical record.
  • Administer prescribed medications, monitor patient response, and take appropriate action in case of an unintended response.
  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions, treatment plans, medications, possible side effects, and follow-up measures.
Qualifications and Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment start date.
  • Registered Nurse license.
