Benedictine Health System is a non-profit organization that provides exceptional senior care. We are currently seeking a compassionate caregiver to join our team as a CNA-NAR (Certified Nursing Assistant-Non-Accredited Resident) on weekends.

As a CNA-NAR, you will be working on the front lines of resident care, ensuring that they receive high-quality and compassionate treatment with dignity and respect. Your responsibilities will include providing direct resident care, reporting condition changes to RN or LPN, and charting in the POC system.

We offer a competitive salary range starting at $17.50 per hour, depending on experience. In addition to your hourly rate, you will also receive a $2,000 sign-on bonus and weekend and night pay differential.

To be successful in this role, you must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity, have good communication skills, and be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
