We are seeking a skilled Full-Charge Bookkeeper to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review payrolls, quarterly reports, and sales-tax returns.
• Prepare and review monthly bookkeeping and financial statements.
• Process invoices and checks, prepare payment packages, reconcile credit cards, enter receipts, and reconcile bank statements.
• Interact with clients, offering a service-oriented attitude.
• Assist with preparation of corporate-tax financials.
• Assist controllers with reconciliations and special projects.
• Assist controllers with monthly and annual financial reporting.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or business is preferred.
• Five years of accounting experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), QuickBooks, UltraTax, Practice, and Asset Keeper is preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of QuickBooks Premier 2019 edition or newer is preferred.
• Experience with Rent Manager software is helpful.
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet hard deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Quick, accurate execution of tasks.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills with staff and clients.
• A reputation for confidentiality and integrity.

Salary

The estimated salary for this position is around $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
