Amerex Corporation is seeking a skilled Production Assembly Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for assembling fire extinguishers on a fast-paced production line.
Responsibilities- Assemble fire extinguisher parts using hand and power tools, following blueprints and work instructions.
- Rotate through all stations on the manufacturing line, ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Meet or exceed departmental production standards and maintain a high level of quality control.
- Work 10-hour shifts, Monday through Thursday, with a 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM schedule.
- Meet company attendance guidelines and adhere to safety protocols.
- Must be 18 years of age and eligible to work in the United States.
- Stand, walk, and perform light physical labor for extended periods.
- Frequently lift up to 50 pounds and bend, stoop, push, and reach regularly.
- Specific vision abilities required, including close vision, distance vision, and ability to adjust focus.
- Manual dexterity and ability to precisely assemble parts on a fast-paced production line.
- Ability to comprehend and follow blueprints, work instructions, and job procedures.
