Job Overview

Salary Information

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition to a base salary, we also provide quarterly bonuses tied to performance, ensuring that your hard work is recognized and rewarded.

Responsibilities

As a Swim Instruction Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to teach swimming skills to students in accordance with our established curriculum. This will involve structuring class time to incorporate repetition, reinforcement, and introduction of required skills, while maintaining a fun and positive learning environment.

  • Teach swimming skills to students of all ages and skill levels
  • Provide continuous, positive corrective feedback to students and parents
  • Structure class time to meet the needs of each student
  • Maintain swimmer safety at all times
  • Ensure proper equipment and time organization
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Previous swim instruction experience
  • A current American Red Cross CPR-PR/AED, First Aid for Adult, Child and Infant certification
  • The ability to lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds in weight
