We are seeking a highly skilled RN Fellow to join our Nursing Float Pool team at Providence Portland Medical Center. As a RN Fellow, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional patient care and support to patients and families in the Nursing Float Pool
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Current Oregon Registered Nurse License
- Current National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- 1 year Nursing experience (new to specialty)
- Current National Certification in area of specialty is preferred, unless otherwise indicated
