Health Advocates Network is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse- Long Term Care to provide high-quality patient care at a facility in Alamogordo, NM. This registry position requires living within 50 miles of the facility to qualify for the highest rate.
Job Responsibilities- Collaborate with healthcare team members and physicians to ensure patient care plans are followed.
- Provide regular care to long-term care patients, including administering medications, vaccinations, and wound care.
- Keep accurate records of patient history, fluid/food intake, and outflow.
- Supervise nursing assistive personnel and safely transport patients.
- Take vital signs and input data into computing systems.
- At least one year (12 months) of experience as a nurse.
- A valid and current nurse license issued within the US.
- Valid and current CPR certification.
