Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist office personnel to facilitate smooth practice operations.
  • Oversee staff management activities, including scheduling, attendance, and payroll processing.
  • Supervise daily office functions, ensuring deadlines for tasks are met and progress is monitored.
  • Provide administrative and facility management support for the practice.
  • Manage financial aspects, including expense tracking and internal purchasing systems.
  • Ensure accurate appointment scheduling and monitor clinician utilization.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by senior management.
