Key Responsibilities:
- Assist office personnel to facilitate smooth practice operations.
- Oversee staff management activities, including scheduling, attendance, and payroll processing.
- Supervise daily office functions, ensuring deadlines for tasks are met and progress is monitored.
- Provide administrative and facility management support for the practice.
- Manage financial aspects, including expense tracking and internal purchasing systems.
- Ensure accurate appointment scheduling and monitor clinician utilization.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by senior management.
Qualifications:
