About the RoleThis is a full-time, Home Clinic position supporting our Dacula, GA location. As a Nurse Practitioner, you'll have the autonomy to run your own practice while collaborating with our clinical care team to provide exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide primary and family evidence-based care, including accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of health problems
- Perform administrative duties, such as opening/closing the clinic, inventory management, and patient follow-up
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to maintain a comprehensive plan of care
- Encourage patients to become active participants in their own healthcare and well-being through services such as health screenings and chronic condition management
