About the Role
This pediatric nurse will be responsible for providing nursing care to clients with various ages, from birth to 30+ years old, with conditions such as g-tube, trach, and ventilator. You will work closely with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development, review, and revision of client care plans.
- Provide nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans.
- Observe, record, and report changes in client condition to relevant personnel and physicians.
- Teach and supervise clients, family members, or other healthcare professionals on care procedures.
- Document provided care services via electronic charting.
- Participate in education programs, quality assessment activities, staff meetings, and other required events.
Requirements
- Hold an active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills and ability to multitask.
