Job Overview

Brockton Area Multi-Servi is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Sleep Specialist to join our team. As an Overnight Counselor, you will play a vital role in providing support and guidance to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide emotional support and guidance to clients in a safe and non-judgmental environment.
  • Assist with daily living activities and ensure the well-being of clients.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare or social services setting preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation:

$15.50+/hr (Differentials applied for current MAP and CNA certifications, nursing students and within applicable regions)
