We are seeking a highly motivated Fitness Center Representative to join our team at Planet Fitness.

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive member experience.

As a Fitness Center Representative, you will be responsible for greeting members, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

You will also assist with front desk activities, such as checking members into the system, handling new member sign-ups, and facilitating updates to member accounts.

In addition, you will maintain the cleanliness of the club, including cleaning and sanitizing exercise equipment and Black Card spa amenities.

The ideal candidate will have a customer service background, basic computer proficiency, and a passion for fitness and health.

A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required.

This is a full-time position, working day, evening, or overnight shifts, with opportunities for career growth and advancement.

Salary: $16.60 per hour.
