"The number one key to growth is having good people,", says Greg Cohen, CEO. We're seeking a proactive individual who enjoys outside sales and has a passion for growing a sales territory through cold-calling and canvassing.

We're looking for someone with excellent oral and written communication skills who can develop strategic client relationships. The primary responsibility of this role is to maintain a customer base in the territory by acquiring new customers as well as expanding our existing accounts. This involves consultative selling, understanding the needs and goals of our customers, and providing tailored solutions. Once fully trained, you will be part of our team of safety professionals who specialize in identifying potential hazards, assessing risks, and implementing measures to prevent accidents and promote a safe work environment. Some responsibilities include:
  • Developing new business by cold calling and canvassing
  • Assisting customers in creating safety policies and procedures
  • Helping customers ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards by conducting risk assessments
  • Facilitating training sessions on best practices for maintaining a safe workplace
  • Analyzing data to identify trends and recommend improvements in safety protocols
  • Implementing sales programs with existing clients
  • Creating proposals to generate new business
This is a home office-based position, with four days a week spent in the field. You'll be interacting with customers, usually windshield travel, but occasional overnight travel may be required. To succeed in this role, you'll need at least 2-5 years of successful selling and building client relationships experience, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
