As a Pediatric Cardiac Intensivist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, leading a team of healthcare professionals, and contributing to the development of our clinical programs.
Responsibilities- Provide expert care to patients with complex cardiac conditions, including those requiring mechanical circulatory support and ventricular assist devices.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement evidence-based care pathways and quality improvement initiatives.
- Participate in education and research activities, including the development of educational programs and the publication of research findings.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of our clinical programs, including the expansion of our Cardiac Intensive Care Unit.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a Board Eligible/Board Certified Pediatric Intensivist with additional training or experience in pediatric cardiology, cardiac anesthesiology, or pediatric cardiac intensive care. You will also need to have a strong commitment to research, quality improvement, education, and other scholarly activities that advance clinical medicine.
