Highly Skilled Neonatal Nurse Practitioner Opportunity in Tyler, Texas

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to join our team at GO Staffing in Tyler, Texas. As an NNP with our team, you will work closely with Neonatologists and other NNPs to provide high-quality care to neonates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive medical care to neonates, including routine exams, diagnostic testing, and treatment plans.
- Work collaboratively with Neonatologists and other NNPs to develop and implement individualized care plans for each patient.
- Conduct deliveries of premature, twins, or high-risk babies, working closely with obstetricians and other healthcare professionals as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and standards of care.
- Participate in multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and advance neonatal care practices.
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of $145,000 per year, with a 5% annual quality bonus. A sign-on bonus is negotiable. In addition to a competitive salary, we also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
About Our Facility:
Our facility is a smaller, community-based hospital serving the Tyler, Texas area. With an average daily census of 24 neonates for 6 months, we provide a supportive and collaborative environment that allows our NNPs to focus on delivering exceptional patient care.
