Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Speech Pathologist to join our team. As a Speech Therapist, you will play a critical role in helping individuals with brain, spinal cord, and medically complex injuries, illnesses, and other challenges to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and develop individualized therapy plans to address speech and language skills, articulation ability, and voice and fluency disorders.
  • Direct and administer speech therapy using evidence-based techniques to promote rehabilitation and independence.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and coordination of services.
  • Provide education and training to individuals, family members, and caregivers to promote carryover and generalization of skills.
  • Conduct regular progress monitoring and evaluation to inform treatment planning and goal setting.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech Therapy or Speech-Language Pathology.
  • One year of experience as a Speech Therapist.
  • Current state licensure/certification as a Speech Therapist.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
